The agreement between us.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization on whose behalf you are signing up. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post replies that are deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or that misrepresent affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
• Post replies that violate Google’s Business Profile content policies, including the prohibition on incentivized or solicited reviews and the prohibition on responding to reviews you suspect are fake by trading insults.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to exfiltrate other customers’ data from the Service.
• Aggregate or resell Google Business Profile content sourced through the Service. You and we are bound by Google’s policies on this point — see Section 4.

You retain all rights in the content you provide (organization name, voice profile, banned phrases, custom templates) and the replies you author or approve. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content as strictly necessary to operate the Service for you.

The Google Business Profile content (reviews, reviewer names, ratings) we cache on your behalf belongs to the original authors and Google; we cache it only as your processor and only for the duration permitted by Google’s policies and our Privacy Policy.

Cached Google Business Profile content stored by us is retained for at most 30 days at a time (resetting on each re-fetch from Google), is not aggregated for any analytical purpose other than your own operational dashboard, is never sold or shared with any third party other than the AI model provider strictly for reply generation, and is never used to train AI models.

You can delete all cached Google Business Profile content for your organization at any time by clicking Disconnect Google on the Settings page. Deletion happens immediately and is irreversible.

The Service uses third-party large language models (currently OpenAI) to draft suggested replies. Drafts are suggestions — you remain solely responsible for the content of any reply that is posted to your Google Business Profile, whether you clicked Send manually or enabled the auto-reply engine after granting consent.

We make no warranty that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, non-infringing, or appropriate for any specific reviewer. You should review drafts before posting and configure your banned-phrase list to catch wording you would never approve.

The auto-reply engine will not post any reply to your Google Business Profile unless an organization owner or admin has granted explicit consent on the consent page at /settings/auto-replies/consent. Consent can be revoked at any time on the same page; revocation immediately flips every live auto-reply rule into dry-run mode and forbids the worker from posting until consent is granted again.

Fees, plan limits, and billing terms are listed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We may change prices on at least 30 days’ notice; price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To delete your account and all associated data, click Disconnect Google, cancel your subscription, then email info@palaute24.fi from the address on file.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We will post material changes here and, where required, send notice by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page is authoritative.
